How we can help

Our Digital Champions can help residents check if they qualify for a social tariff, compare deals and switch safely. They may also offer free public Wi‑Fi, devices or data, and refer people to council and advice services for extra help.

If you’re a resident and need help with any of this, speak to a digital champion, your local community centre, library, council gateway or family hub.
